Carpentaria Seafaris is a dynamic company with employment opportunities for energetic and responsible persons with skills suited to this sport fishing, boating, outdoor lifestyle. A love of fishing, and the out doors and the desire to spend time in our magnificent remote region is essential. Couples are encouraged to apply for any two positions. Good working conditions, subsidized air travel (to/from Cairns) all meals and accommodation provided on board, and basic accommodation with laundry facility, free internet and electricity are available at our shore facility at Seisia. Master / Fishing Guide / MED3
Suitable person/s required to join our team of fishing guides and deckhands. MED 3 or Coxswains distinct advantage. The successful person needs a sound knowledge of sport fishing practices and techniques, be a passionate skilled angler. Neat tidy appearance and team spirit required. Please email for details.

Chef / Cook
Suitable persons apply to prepare and present set menu meals to a high professional standard for up to 20 people on our 19 meter live aboard fishing holiday vessel. Successful applicant needs to be well organized, skilled, clean, motivated, and be able to work as part of a team in a remote area. Position requires stock control and ordering. Good working galley conditions. Continental breakfasts with baked muffin etc, cooked and salad lunches, comfort food (seafood) evening meals with deserts, sashimi hors d'oeuvres.

Domestic /Hostess
Required to look after all onboard domestic arrangements, and assist the chef. Applicant needs to be energetic, well organized, clean and tidy by nature. An eye for detail and good people skills are essential.
